Grampai ("we", "us") operates grampai.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at any time at callgrampai@gmail.com.
Information you give us
When you join the waiting list, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your relationship to the senior, and any message you choose to write. We use this information only to contact you about the service. It is stored securely in our database and is never sold.
Region, language and preferences
To show you the right version of the site, we guess your country (and your province in Canada) from your IP address, using an external geolocation service. That is only a guess: the language and region you confirm in the banner are stored in your browser (local storage and a cookie), together with the date and time of your confirmation, so we don't ask again.
Analytics and advertising measurement (Meta)
With your permission — or by default where the law does not require asking first — this website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how people use the page: which pages are viewed, whether the call button is clicked, and whether a waiting-list form is submitted. Where you provide an email or phone number in the form, Meta receives only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it — never the plain text.
This data helps us understand whether our advertising works and how to improve the website. It may be combined by Meta with other information Meta holds about you under Meta's own privacy policy.
Your choice and how to withdraw it
In regions where the law requires it (including Québec and the EEA), nothing above runs until you accept. You can change your mind at any time: use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Refusing stops new measurement immediately. We also keep a dated record of the choice you made and the version of the notice you saw.
Service partners
Rides and deliveries are fulfilled by third-party partners such as Uber and Uber Eats. If a booking on your parent's behalf involves a partner, only the information needed to complete that booking is shared with them. Our assistant is an artificial intelligence and always identifies itself as one; the family member managing the account receives a summary after calls.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to callgrampai@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
